I love my room especially on the 6th floor and everything was brand new. I was not crazy about breakfast didn't like the eggs or sausage The only thing I really had was yogurt and banana the coffee and juice was not good but I've never stayed anywhere where the breakfast was good so this is my real only complaint. My grandson and friend came to visit and use the pool and they had a blast so that was a bonus too. Overall the hotel was very clean.

The moment you walk into this hotel you're greeted with a smiling face at the front desk. It smells like a high luxury hotel (yes I said smell lol) The breakfast had a lot of options. The breakfast area was very clean and the staff continued to stock throughout breakfast. The entire staff was wonderful to everyone I traveled with. The front desk jumped over hoops to help our entire group stay on the same floor and she was knowledgeable about the area. Amy Colon (front desk) made our entire experience a 10!!! She is one of the reasons we will be booking again.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast included was great especially for our 1 year old. The location is great with lots of restaurants near by. Next time we come, we plan on going to the zoo that is near by

Very clean. Carpets looks new. Room setting is very lovely. Breakfast is very good - variety each day Lots of kids- school break week. I loved seeing the kids. Nice restaurants, stores, nail shops around.
